How It Works

Numbers to Art allows people without any art skills to create highly complex paintings that catch the eye. The focus here is primarily on the artistic creation process: All our painting sets come with the necessary brushes, acrylic paints and instructions, so you can focus completely on your artistic journey. To give you an overview of exactly what to expect when using Numbers to Art, we have put together a simple 4-step guide below. 

Step 1: Choose an inspiring artwork

Select a piece that inspires you. Whether you want to develop your artistic skills or simply relax during the painting process, the first step is to choose the right artwork that enriches you artistically, inspires you and fits in perfectly with your interior design. 

Our collections include contemporary art and designs for kids. You can also upload your own photo for a custom set: from family photos to animal photos to self-painted portraits - simply upload your own picture and we will send you your individual painting.

Step 2: Check your set

Depending on the artwork, it can take 7-14 working days for the painting to arrive due to the very high demand. As soon as the set has arrived, the next step is to unpack all the utensils and check that they are complete. As soon as this step has been completed, you can start painting. 

If you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Step 3: Prepare Your Workspace

As soon as you are ready to get started and become artistically active, you should clean your workspace. To do this, lay out your canvas, acrylic paints, brushes and instructions on the table and fill two small cups with a little water. 

Step 4: Now you're ready to start! 

Now you can start coloring your picture and embark on an artistic journey that can take up to several hours, depending on difficulty and experience. It is important to take as much time as you need to enjoy the painting process as much as possible and to achieve the best result.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes, you can upload your own family photo, pet, or any other picture under "Custom Kit" to receive a completely individual Numbers to Art design.

Do I have to mix the acrylic paints myself?

No, each picture comes with the required number of acrylic paints, eliminating the need for customers to mix their own paints. However, advanced users can create their own color combinations.

What else do I need apart from the paintings?

All essential painting utensils are included with every Numbers to Art painting. Additional accessories can be found in our Numbers to Art accessories section.
