What is Numbers to Art?
Numbers to Art simplifies painting complex artworks using numbered fields, requiring no prior artistic knowledge. Choose from a variety of paintings or upload your own design.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes, you can upload your own family photo, pet, or any other picture under "Custom Kit" to receive a completely individual Numbers to Art design.
Do I have to mix the acrylic paints myself?
No, each picture comes with the required number of acrylic paints, eliminating the need for customers to mix their own paints. However, advanced users can create their own color combinations.
What else do I need apart from the paintings?
All essential painting utensils are included with every Numbers to Art painting. Additional accessories can be found in our Numbers to Art accessories section.
Can I follow you on social media?

Orders and shipping
I have not received an order confirmation, what now?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your email address, spam folder, and ensure the order process was completed correctly.
When will I receive my order?
As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will process your order and print the designs and pack the accessories. It can take up to 5-7 working days until we have handed over your parcel to our supplier.
Please note: After we have handed over your parcel to our supplier, we can no longer influence the delivery. However, our logistics partner always does its best to ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will be made within 7-10 working days after production of the product and after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that products with a customized design are individual items and we need 10-14 working days to deliver them.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
When will my order be dispatched?
All our images are only produced for you after you order them, and we receive a large number of orders every day. On the one hand, this is great because we know that you like our images, but on the other hand it creates a very large queue of print orders. In addition, the customized images have to be processed by our designer, which means additional waiting time. Currently it takes about 5-7 working days for your image to be handed over to our shipping service provider.
Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?
As soon as an order is announced to the shipping service provider, i.e. the product goes into production with us, the customer receives an automatic shipment notification. The consignment number is therefore already provisionally available and is updated as soon as the shipping partner has collected the parcel. Please note that there may be a delay of a few days before the customer's consignment status is updated and that this is merely a simplified representation of the complex production and delivery process.
According to the shipment tracking, nothing is happening - what now?
If the status hasn't changed after 7 days, contact us for assistance.
The following may be reasons why your parcel has not arrived:
1) The address is incomplete or incorrect
2) The parcel or packaging has been damaged and needs to be repacked
According to shipment tracking, the parcel has been delivered - but it hasn't!
To find out who has taken delivery of your parcel, make sure that your consignment status says "delivered".
In our experience, suppliers or postmen forget to leave a collection note. In this case, please contact your local post office. You can collect your parcel there using your ID.
I ordered several products, but only one has arrived. Why is that?
In order to meet the high demand, we store our products in several warehouses. Therefore, products are always packed and dispatched individually. Although we send several parcels, the shipping costs are of course always free of charge for you, even for larger orders.
The parcel has been returned to us, what now?
There may be the following reasons why the parcel has been returned to us:
1) The delivery address is unknown
2) The storage period at the branch or Packstation has been exceeded
3) The recipient cannot be identified
Why can I suddenly no longer find a particular item?
In our online shop, you will only find items that we have in stock for you. It can happen that particularly popular items, colour variants or sizes are sold out after a short time. Take a look around - you're sure to find a first-class replacement in our range.
I have received the wrong image/product. What do I do now?
Of course that's not nice and we apologize to you very much! Please just let us know by email at contact@numbers-to-art.com and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.
Are there any shipping costs?
No, we don't believe in charging shipping costs. That's why we provide free shipping on every parcel. Additionally, each shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
There's no minimum order value in our online shop! We appreciate every order you place.
My delivery address has changed - what do I need to do?
If you have a new address, please notify us promptly so we can update the delivery address before shipping. Once the goods have been shipped, unfortunately, we can't make any changes.
Supplies
Can I reorder brushes for my picture?
Yes, additional brush sets are available for purchase.
I'm missing the brushes, what should I do?
Unfortunately, this is very annoying and we apologize to you very much! As our dispatch times are relatively long, we recommend that you quickly buy a few inexpensive brushes in the craft shop around the corner and we will refund you 10% of the purchase price. Of course, we will also be happy to send you new brushes on request, but as with the other products, this can take between 7-14 working days.
I'm missing a color, what should I do?
Unfortunately, that's not great and we apologize very much! Please just let us know by email at contact@numbers-to-art.com and we will send you a new color as soon as possible.
I have too little color, what now?
Normally, any color should be enough to completely color in the picture you have ordered. Try not to apply the color too thickly or use it elsewhere. If the color is still not enough, please email us at contact@numbers-to-art.com and we will try to find a solution.
A color has dried up, what now?
You probably left your picture lying around for too long before you started coloring it. Unfortunately, after a certain period of disuse, the color can dry despite the airtight seal.
You can try carefully adding a few drops of water to the paint and then mixing it properly. If it doesn't work the first time, try repeating this procedure until the color reaches the desired consistency again.
Can I reorder color?
Yes, you can reorder colors for your design on our website.
What colors are used in Numbers to Art?
Acrylic colors are supplied in the sets, offering high-quality and easy-to-use paints. They can be diluted with water if desired, and all colors are pre-mixed for easier coloring.
Exchange/Return
I don't like the design, is an exchange possible?
Definitely! Please return the picture according to our cancellation policy. If you want to exchange it for a different one, include a note with the return specifying your preference. Keep in mind that custom pictures can't be exchanged.
How can I return the item I ordered?
Refer to our cancellation policy for detailed return instructions. Remember, custom pictures can't be exchanged.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?
Yes, unfortunately, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Since we offer free shipping on outgoing orders, we expect returns to be shipped back at your expense.
